I finally got another chance to do some some online gaming stuff. This time it was going to be a combination of 2D and 3D combined. At first I thought it was a weird idea and was going to turn out like crap, but it works surprisingly well. All of the designs were done by the in house 2D artist, and I modelled, teetered and lit all the 3D stuff.
I think I’ll use this approach on one of my own projects…..one day
